Hemp or cannabis curious? In this Intro class you will explore cannabinoids and the key components of the endocannabinoid system (ECS). We will discuss the function of the endocannabinoid system in various tissues, organs and bodily systems and their coordinating receptor sites, including their impact on the skin. After this class attendees will have a basic understanding of plant-based cannabinoids along with their therapeutic uses in the spa setting.

This class is part of the Esthetics Targeted Learning Track, which includes four classes. Pricing is per track.
